Download Free sampleThe 3D laser profile sensor adopts the principle of laser triangle reflection to collect the two-dimensional profile information of the surface of different materials. Through a special lens group, the laser beam is magnified to form a static laser line and projected onto the surface of the object to be measured. The surface forms diffuse reflection, and the reflected light passes through the transmissive optical system and is projected onto the sensitive photosensitive matrix. In addition to the distance information (Z-axis) from the sensor to the measured surface, the controller can also calculate the image information and convert it into a two-dimensional coordinate system with the laser line centered on the sensor. The profiler measures and outputs two-dimensional coordinate values. By moving the object to be measured or the profiler detector, a three-dimensional measurement value can be obtained.
